Like,… WHAT!?

 

How did another year fly by AGAIN? 

What about all the things you wanted to accomplish this year?

And what about all of the things you still have to do before the end of the year?! 

After October 31 before you know it- BOOM! It’s next year and everything that happened in between was a high speed blur. 

 

Amirite or amirite?

 

Except for this year because we’re not doing that again.

 

We have spent far too much time running on fumes and feeling like there’s never enough time and becoming burned out.

It’s time to do something different.

It’s time to consistently have time for YOU and the things you love- while checking off your to do list and accomplishing goals- getting everything locked in BEFORE the New Year starts.

And the best part?

You don’t have to do it alone.

Here’s 3 Reasons Why You’re Burned Out + Haven’t Reached Your Goals- YET!

1. Motivation Fizzles

Sure- it’s EASY to get a boost of motivation to catapult you into starting a change. 

But as soon something unexpected happens, we default to our old habits that sure, did the job- but didn’t really work because we end up burning the candle at both ends to try to fit everything in.

And that motivation? 

Well it fades faster than a Forever 21 t-shirt in hot water. 

 

2. You Don’t Have A System For Sustainable Success

There will be days when you just don’t wanna.

That’s part of the human experience.

It’s a tough pill to swallow but the quote is right: you aren’t just going to suddenly operate at the level of goal achievement- not matter how much visualization and hoping and positive thinking you do.

Goal achievement and sustainable success means developing the systems that will give you a repeatable process that is easy enough that you can go through on the days that you just don’t feel like it so that you are continuously making moves toward your goals.

3. You Don’t Have Any Accountability

Yes, your BFF is an excellent resource and at the same time, making our friends our accountability partners can result in tensions and fall off because they don’t want to be the one to remind you what you are or aren’t doing- they’re your friend! 

And oftentimes it’s difficult for us to change characters from friend-I-laugh-with + shoulder-to-cry-on to score-keeper + critic- even if everyone does have the best of intentions.

Yet with that being said, research has shown that when we have someone to hold us accountable, our chances of success increase by 85%!

In case we haven’t met-  Hi! I’m Johnna.

You probably know about my struggle with body image + confidence- but what you don’t know is how I struggled behind the scenes to manage my time so I could do the things I needed to in order to holistically care for myself.

Creating systems and getting organized wasn’t something I thought would be of value- it was just what I did in order to make life work FOR me on my terms.

And it’s something that has shown up in pretty much every area of my life.

For example..

  • When I work with 1:1 clients to teach them how-to practice better self care
  • In my leadership role working for a large retailer where I shared these insights with team members to support them with work/life balance and managing their schedules with school
  • During my part time job when I teach these techniques to co-workers to help them with life transitions
  • With colleagues as we navigate our time management and forward momentum 
  • When consulting regarding logistics of an event 

And everyday in my own life as I am constantly learning and adjusting what works best, when and for whom. 

It’s all just R&D. And fortunately I’ve done a lot of it so now I want to share it with you too! 

 
Week 1: Baseline & Possibility
This week I’m going to teach you a couple of things:
 
1. How to figure out where is it that you are- and where is it that you want to be? 
 
2. What steps are needed in order to get you from point A to point B?
 
Because no one ever just happened upon success, so we are going to get strategic about it. 
 
My favorite part? We are applying metrics specific to YOUR goals so that you can have an objective POV of what’s actually true.
 
This is so we have a clear picture of things to take into consideration and what focus on over the next 11 weeks so that next week we can focus on…
 
 
Week 2: Developing A Sustainable System For Success
The foundation of it all. 
 
This is an important week because we will be creating YOUR roadmap for success. 
 
What are the things YOU need in order to be successful? 
 
And how can you bring them into your life on a daily basis?
 
We will refer to this throughout the rest of the program as this is what will serve you in constantly forward motion- even when you don’t feel like moving.
 
 
Week 3: Creating Your Environment For Success
Now that you have an idea of what your system looks like, it’s time to get the world around you to match!
 
What are the things that need to shift in your environment in order to support you in your success?
 
And this will be a quarter check on your initial goals from Week 1!
 
 
Week 4: Focus
What is it to YOU?
 
What are you currently focusing on?
 
What do you NEED to focus on more?
 
And how to do that!
 
In an age of distraction, it’s easy to lose focus. 
 
So easy that most of us don’t even realize when it’s happening. 
 
This week I’m going to teach you how-to bring more focus into your life to help you feel refreshed on the regular and accomplish your goals that much faster! 
 
 
Week 5: Breaking Through Your Limiting Beliefs 
We all have them.
 
And we have been believing them for so long we don’t know any different.
 
So we are spending a whole week looking at what those beliefs are- and how we can rewrite them for success!
 
 
Week 6: When Is It Time To Pivot? And How Do You Do It?
This week I will teach you how-to recognize when it’s time for a shift and/or pivot and how to go about it!
 
This will be our halfway mark (already!) and so it’s important to do a checkin and see where you’re at and make any adjustments for the next 6 weeks!
 
 
Week 7: Stop Self Sabotaging!
Self Sabotage happens in ways that we aren’t even aware.
 
And it holds you back because you are simultaneously your cheerleader AND the school bully.
 
It’s a lot. And it’s exhausting. And so we are going to kick it to the curb so that 2021 will be the LAST time you get in your own way because this week you will learn how-to recognize it- AND how-to navigate it!
 
 
 
Week 8: Your Support System

 

I like to refer to these people as your “Board of Directors.” 
 
Businesses have them and so should you! 
 
We are going to look at the key characters you need on your way to success and how-to improve your relational equity!
 
 
 
Week 9: Byebye Burnout!
As we are nearing the end of our time together, it’s the PERFECT time to talk about burning out. 
 
Because that’s when it always happens, right? 
 
When you’re so close that you can see the light- but so far that you still have a ways to go. 
 
I will be teaching you tips and tricks to AVOID burnout altogether- and how to deal if and when it happens!
 
 
Week 10: Action v. Movement

 

What’s the difference?
 
Well, are you just busy taking actions- or is there actual forward movement?
 
Yes- messy action is a thing. But it’s just that- messy. And while there can be a benefit to just doing the things- if that’s all your doing then it probably isn’t going to be moving you in a forward directions so much as you’re just going to be tiring yourself out running from side to side.
 
So this week we are focusing on where you’re just recklessly taking action- and where you’re actually practicing strategic + intentional movement.
 
 
 
Week 11: Creating A Better Relationship With Time
Truth: Not ALL 24 hours are created equal. 
 
Meaning depending on YOUR life circumstance, your 24 hours looks unique to YOU.
 
Not Beyoncé, not an instafluencer, not your friend- YOU.
 
So we are going to get real about what your 24 hours look like and how you can start to maximize on what you’ve got!
 
 
Week 12: Reflection + Assessment 
CONGRATULATIONS!
 
You did it!
 
And I want to make sure you have everything you need to be successful moving forward.
 
We are going to reflect on where you were, look at where you are, and talk about the best practices for you moving forward to ensure you sustain your momentum from this day on!
 

  • One 60 minute virtual 1:1 session with me each month (for a total of 3 sessions throughout the 90 days) to review the focuses for the month and talk about how it specifically applies to you, what it means to you, how-to implement the learnings
    • Sessions are confidential
    • I will take notes that are yours to keep
  • 1 weekly GROUP session
  • Video AND audio of me teaching you each lesson, for all 12 weeks
  • Worksheets and practices to support you with a comprehensive approach to the weekly focus
  • A virtual shared folder with all of your session material for the week based on the weekly focus and specific notes from our call
  • Weekly checkins from me via the group to reflect on the previous week and set goals for the upcoming on
  • There’s also 24/7 access to me via text/voice note for anything that comes up in the moment via a GROUP chat (the chat will be via phone app, not a Facebook group)

Are results guaranteed? 

I know you want me to tell you that after 12 weeks the stars will align and all will be right in your world but alas, I don’t know that. 
 
What I do know is what is possible with my coaching. I have seen and heard feedback beyond what I could have ever have hoped for when I started this journey of life coaching.
