When that’s the norm then just feeling OK with your body seems like THE most abstract picture you could possibly paint- let alone surpassing that to actual confidence.
But it is possible.
It is possible that you can actually be confident AF, wear what you want, be who you are and not give a fuh about what anyone else thinks.

I know, I know. If you would have told me that years ago I would have been skeptical. And the look I would have given you would have probably looked something like this:
In fact, I would have looked at you exactly like that.
Until I figured out the formula to help me stop comparing myself to others, be comfortable in my own skin and ultimately change my life.
And that is exactly what I want to teach you how to do for yourself.
Welcome To The Power Hour
I’ve consolidated the practices that took me YEARS of trial and error to figure out into a concise framework that is customizable to what works for You, exactly where you are right now.
This goes beyond a 60 minute 1:1 session, but I feel that is where the power lies.
You will receive pre-work to help us set the tone for our hour session so that you and I can both get clear on:
- What’s holding you back
- The things that are keeping you stuck (spoiler alert: there’s probably some self sabotage going on there)
- The things that are occupying waayyyyy too much mental real estate in your mind
- And what’s blocking you from being your best self
Then in our focused 60 minute session we will dive right in to figure out tangible action steps to have you feeling confident AF as soon as possible.
For 4 weeks following our session, we will have one 15 minute checkin per week to touch base on where you are and make adjustments so that you can walk into your future days confident AF.
No more comparing and contemplating. We’re only creating confidence from here on out. Period.
In Case We Haven’t Met… Hey! I’m Johnna
And I used to STRU-GGLE with the person I saw in the mirror and that meant that the person that showed up in life was struggling too. I would always pause and fret and worry about how I looked and what others might think:
“Is this appropriate for something I should wear?”
“Will anyone notice my cellulite?”
“Well I should wear this because…”
“Well I shouldn’t wear this because…”
It was EXHAUSTING.
And I was frustrated because I was so busy trying to make my body fit into certain clothes and spaces- the cool trendy things and the specific sizes- instead of letting my body be and finding the things that fit me and my trends.
I felt like I was running fast in a hamster wheel to nowhere.
I was doing all of the things that I thought I should to look the part, somewhere I was fed the belief that those things were the things that I “should” be doing. NOTHING seemed to work. But I didn’t know any other way. I kept on keeping on for so. freaking. long.
And eventually I gave up. I just accepted that hating my body was normal. And that this was just life. Everyone else hates how they look too, right?
Honey, no.
It wasn’t until after I gave up that I stumbled up the cure I didn’t know I needed. And it was from there that I learned who I truly was. And that I discovered who I am. Where I realized that I’m the main character in my life story. And that I hold the pen.
I started leaning into what I wanted to do. Things that made me feel good. Which led to me leaving my typical 9-5 and becoming a coach, first of fitness and then of life, which brings today as I write these words to you.
I have created relationships with myself and others that are more fulfilling than I ever imagined.
Now I can honestly say I am confident in not only how I look but who I am and what I bring- without losing sleep over the opinions of others. And that is something that if you would have told me was possible at a time when I felt like it wasn’t I wouldn’t have believed you. But I am here to tell you that it’s true.
That you CAN be confident in your own skin.
That you CAN wear whatever you want and not care what others think.
That you CAN live life on your terms.
That you CAN be who you are and have an amazing support system of friends.
That the life you want IS possible.
And that You are the only one that knows what that looks like- and how to get there.
But it takes work. I’m going to be honest, it took awhile. And there were several dead ends and frustrated experiences because it was a lot of trial and error. Creating change takes strategy. It takes consistent assessment and evaluation and tweaking because just like anything- everything changes and so it is a matter of understanding the process in order to experience the results. You have to how to garden to enjoy the fruit.
You’ve got to get the formula juustt right. And while you are unique, there are some foundational concepts that we all need when it comes to creating change. Those are the exact concepts I will be teaching you in The Power Hour.
You will learn foundational concepts like:
- How to calm the comparison monster
- How to be comfortable in your appearance
- How to look at what it will take to get you from comparing and insecure to confident and assured
- How to create tangible action steps with accountability
- How to develop your tool kit for navigating those old intruding thoughts as they arise
And I will be walking you through all of this. Together we will figure out the formula that works for you so that you can get focused on where you want to go, have a game plan to get you there.
You will also learn how to adjust your action steps as needed via weekly followups with me so that you can learn how to hold yourself accountable and do the same moving forward. Therefore teaching you how to garden, instead of just handing you a basket of fruit.
This process changed my life. It is one that I still use to this day when it comes to getting my own life in gear when I recognize I want a change- and in The Power Hour we are adjusting it so that it can work for you too.
This is the same process I use with clients to experience success in terms of promotions, moves, fitness goals, monetary goals, confidence goals, improvements in self esteem, improved relationships with family, newfound relationships with romantic partners- the list goes on. And I bring that up because I want you to know what’s possible. What’s been true for others. And what can be true for you.

Are results guaranteed?
No because You are the only one that knows what you are capable of. I know that what I have taught others and what I use myself works. I am confident in the process. And this is exactly what I will teach you. But you have to be confident in yourself, your determination and follow through.

But what if the formula doesn’t work for me?
The formula is structured yet customizable in the sense that we identify the same specific things yet they are customized to you. It is more of a framework or a plug and play. This is why there is pre-work, a session and weekly follow-ups. So that once we create your unique framework we will be able to adjust it together so that you will know how to do this moving forward.
